These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, a natural person ("User", "you"), and the Owner of the Service. By registering for or using Teamplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Teamplay is a platform for organizing and participating in 3-team football mini-tournaments. The Service allows an Organizer to set up a game format (5v5, 6v6, etc.), invite Players via a shareable link, and the Service automatically generates match rotation, tracks goals, and builds a real-time tournament table.
The Service does not book sports venues, is not a party to the relationship between Users and venue owners, and does not process payments for venue rental between Users. Booking and payment for a sports venue are matters Users must arrange independently, outside the Service.
3.1. To use the Service, you must register and provide true and complete information.
3.2. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.3. Creating more than one account per person and providing false personal information is prohibited.
3.4. The Service may be used by individuals aged 16 and older. Individuals under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the Service.
4.1. Users are fully responsible for the content (photos, comments, ratings of other players, etc.) they add to the Service.
4.2. By posting content on the Service, you grant the Owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, valid for the territory in which the Service operates, to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content within the operation of the Service.
4.3. The Owner does not pre-moderate content but reserves the right to remove content or suspend a User's account in response to complaints or violations of law or these Terms.
4.4. It is prohibited to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, infringes the rights of third parties, or misleads other Users (including fake ratings/reviews).
5.1. The Organizer determines the venue, date, time, and format of the tournament and is responsible for the accuracy of this information.
5.2. Players join a tournament via the Organizer's invitation link.
5.3. The Service automatically calculates match rotation between teams and generates statistics and tournament tables based on data entered by the Organizer and Players.
5.4. The Owner is not a party to arrangements between the Organizer and Players regarding the conduct of the game itself (e.g., venue payment) and is not responsible for the actual occurrence of the game or participant no-shows.

Current pricing and available subscription plans (monthly, annual, etc.) are displayed in the app on the subscription purchase screen prior to payment. As of the date of these Terms, the following plan is available:
Pricing is displayed in the applicable currency and may vary based on your App Store / Google Play account region.
7.3.1. Payment for the PRO subscription is processed exclusively through the built-in payment mechanism of the platform from which the app was installed — Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) or Google Play Billing.
7.3.2. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
7.3.3. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless canceled by the User at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
7.3.4. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal price will be identified.
7.3.5. Subscriptions and their cancellation are managed through your account settings on the respective platform (App Store / Google Play) after purchase. Cancellation does not entitle you to a partial refund for the current period already in progress — access to PRO features continues until the end of the paid period.
7.3.6. In the event of a subscription price increase, you will be notified in advance in accordance with App Store / Google Play requirements (generally no less than 30 days before the new price takes effect), and the new price will apply only to subsequent billing periods.
Refunds for the PRO subscription are governed by a separate Refund Policy, available at teamplay.com.ua/refund, as well as by the rules of the applicable platform (Apple App Store / Google Play) through which the payment was made.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Owner is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of such third-party services.
9.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2. To the extent permitted by applicable Ukrainian law, the Owner is liable for damages only where such damages are the direct result of the Owner's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9.3. The Owner is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Organizers, Players, venue owners, or third parties, or for the actual conduct of tournaments outside the functionality of the Service.
10.1. The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by notifying Users through publication of an updated version in the app/website. Continued use of the Service after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10.2. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, including for technical reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through the courts in accordance with Ukrainian law.
