Teamplay is a platform that allows its Users to contact each other in order to organize and/or participate in sports events by providing contact information for sports locations where the game is being organized.
Users are responsible for their own content and that of third parties that they share through Teamplay by uploading and posting on Teamplay, or transmitting by any other means. Users indemnify the Owner against any liability or claims arising against the Owner in connection with the unlawful distribution of third-party materials or the unlawful use of the Service.
The Owner does not moderate the content provided by Users or third parties but will act if complaints are received from Users or if public authorities issue orders regarding content deemed offensive or illegal.
By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through Teamplay, the User grants the Owner a license without territorial limitations, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and with the right to sublicense, use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any media or via distribution methods currently available or developed subsequently.
Users may use third-party services or content included in Teamplay, but they must be aware of the terms of those third parties and consent to them. Under no circumstances will the Owner be held responsible for the proper functionality or availability of, or both regarding, any third-party services.
To use the Service or any part of it, Users must register by truthfully and fully providing all required data in the applicable registration form and accepting the Privacy Policy and these Terms in full. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Teamplay is not a party to the relationship between its Users and the owners of sports centers (facilities); therefore, it is exempt from any responsibility for the availability and operating conditions of the facilities themselves.
Upon game registration, the Player receives information containing the details of the game and potential fees for participation. The Organizer is responsible for determining the participation fee for each player and may also choose to exempt certain players from the fee or apply discounts.
After personally booking a pitch, any User can become a game organizer using the corresponding App interface and specifying the date, time, and location. The Organizer may decide to collect payments from players via Internet banking or in cash at the game.
In games involving pitch payment, the Organizer is responsible for verifying that the pitch has been correctly paid for by all players. In cases of non-payment or player absence, Teamplay cannot be held accountable for any missing payments.
Teamplay reserves the right, at its sole and unquestionable judgment, to introduce additional costs or to completely block the organization of games for certain users or sports centers.
The Owner, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is liable for damages in contract and tort toward Users or third parties only when such damage is the direct and immediate consequence of to willful misconduct or gross negligence by Teamplay's operations. The User expressly releases the Owner from any liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Service is provided by the Owner "as is", without any express or implied guarantee of accuracy or availability. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service, temporarily or permanently.
The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by notifying the Users. Users who continue to use the platform after the publication of changes fully accept the new Terms.
Users declare that they are of legal age according to applicable law. Under no circumstances may individuals under the age of 16 use Teamplay.
