This Privacy Policy describes how Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Tymchenko Dmytro Vitaliyovych (the "Owner", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data of users when using the Teamplay mobile application and its related website teamplay.com.ua (together, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Terms used in this Policy have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use, unless otherwise defined here.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1. Data you provide directly

• Name, nickname, profile photo (avatar);
• Email and/or phone number, sign-in data from third-party services (Google, Apple) if you register through them;
• Information about tournaments you create: location/venue, date, time, game format;
• Content you add to your profile or a tournament (photos, comments, ratings of other players);
• PRO subscription payment data — processed exclusively by the App Store / Google Play payment system (see Section 6). We do not receive or store your card details.

2.2. Data collected automatically

• Technical device data: device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, IP address;
• Usage data: game statistics, goals scored, rating, time spent in the app, feature interactions;
• Error logs in case of app crashes or malfunctions;
• Location data — subject to device permission, used to determine or display the tournament venue;
• Device push token, used to deliver notifications about tournaments, invitations, and game status updates.

2.3. Data from third parties

If you register via a third-party service (Google, Apple), we receive basic profile data (name, email, photo) that you authorized to be shared during sign-in.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data to:

• register and maintain your account;
• provide the core functionality of the app: organizing mini-tournaments, match rotation, goal tracking, tournament tables and player ratings;
• display tournament location to players you invite;
• provide and administer the PRO subscription (Supporters Leaderboard, Advanced Player Profile, PRO Badge);
• send push notifications related to tournaments and account status;
• analyze app usage to improve functionality;
• provide customer support and communicate with you;
• comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" on the following grounds:

• performance of the contract (Terms of Use) between you and the Owner;
• your consent, given upon registration or through specific permissions (location, push notifications, photos);
• the Owner's legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Service;
• compliance with legal requirements.

5. Service Providers and Third-Party Services

We use the following service providers, which may access certain categories of data solely to perform their functions:

Service providers are contractually obligated to use the data received only to provide services to the Owner and may not use it for other purposes or disclose it to third parties.

6. Payments and PRO Subscription

The Teamplay PRO subscription is purchased and paid for through the built-in mechanisms of the Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) or Google Play Billing, depending on the platform you downloaded the app from. We do not receive or store your card details — they are processed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We may receive information about the subscription status (active/canceled, renewal date) in order to grant you access to PRO features.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data in the following cases:

• To other users — your nickname, avatar, game statistics, and rating are visible to other tournament participants and in the general player leaderboard. Profile data in the Supporters Leaderboard is visible to other PRO subscribers;
• To service providers listed in Section 5;
• As required by law — upon request from public authorities as provided by Ukrainian legislation;
• In connection with a business transfer — in case of a merger, sale, or acquisition, with prior notice to users.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period thereafter, where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the Owner's legitimate interests. Technical logs are retained for a limited period necessary for diagnostics and security.

9. Your Rights

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", you have the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
• access your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• withdraw your consent;
• request deletion of your personal data;
• file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) regarding personal data protection.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app: "Profile" → "Edit profile" → account deletion/anonymization option. Detailed instructions are available at: teamplay.com.ua/how-to-delete. Deletion removes or anonymizes personal data, game statistics, private messages, and rating. If you have an active PRO subscription, it must be canceled separately through your App Store / Google Play account settings — deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Data Security

We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (Google, Apple) may process data on servers located outside Ukraine, including in the EU and the US. Such providers comply with applicable international data protection standards.

13. Links to Other Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services not controlled by the Owner. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third-party resources.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or the email address you provided, and update the "Effective date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
